A Little Bit About Me
I am kind, loving, loyal, fun, caring, honest etc but I do have my flaws like everyone else (is there such a thing as perfection?). I'm a bit of a fitness freak, sadly just limited to the gym for now but I used to participate in alot of sports (martial arts, snowboarding, rollerblading) but sadly have stopped for various reasons so it would be a bonus if I could meet someone who would be able to rekindle my interest in them. I enjoy travelling, and hope to do more in the future; Neuchwanstein, Rome and Istanbul are amongst my favourite places. A tour of Morocco, New Zealand and Andalucia are next on my list of things to do...as soon as I can find the opportunity to go. I also enjoy reading, mainly classics and fantasy novels, if I get into a book (which usually isn't too hard for me) I can't put it down until it's finished. I have lots of other interests but this would turn into an essay if I expounded on them, so if you want to know more about them (or my flaws :p) you'll have to get in contact.

What I Am Looking For
Well, my friends think I am in need of an alpha male to tame me, personally I know a lost cause when I see one :D but if any of you are up for a lifelong challenge.........

In terms of what I'M looking for, apart from the obvious (loving, caring, virtuous, loyal, courteous, sense of humour etc), I would like an educated individual (Bachelors degree as a minimum) who can think laterally and has interests other than work. He'll have to be ambitious or he won't get where I'm coming from...he may not anyway but one can hope:-). He must enjoy travelling and be willing to do a lot in the future...no stay at home bunnies please. I am debating moving abroad for a few years at some point after postdoc so any likeminded individuals would get a brownie point (having said that I am willing to compromise on this point). I am also looking for someone who is practicing, prays regularly (as in 5 times a day...quza acceptable :p) and wants to increase their knowledge of Islam. For those who are interested I celebrate the mawild and believe in the permissibility of tawassul although I do not deem either an obligatory act. Age 30-36, British Citizen. No divorcees please.
